Privacy policy.
Updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains how OMALab, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Tiny House and tinyhousesound.app. Tiny House is in development for Mac, iPhone and iPad. The app details below describe the current Mac implementation; we will update this policy before releasing a version with different data practices.
The app and information on your device
The current app plays audio bundled with the app. You do not need a Tiny House account to listen. It stores your listening mode, place, timer preference, mix positions and named saved mixes in local app preferences. These settings are used to restore your choices and are not sent to us by the current app.
The current implementation has no third-party analytics or advertising SDK and does not send listening history to our servers. It does not request microphone access, contacts or precise location. Place names refer to soundscape choices, not your physical location.
The app shares its current title, playback state and artwork with Apple's system media controls so you can control playback. Apple and your device operating system may process system diagnostics or device backups according to your settings and their own policies.
You can remove a saved mix using the app's delete control. Other preferences remain on the device until reset or removed. Removing an app does not necessarily remove all preferences or backups, especially on Mac. Contact us if you need help clearing local app data.
App Store purchases
If you obtain Tiny House or make a purchase through the App Store, Apple handles the transaction and payment information. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple. Apple may provide developers with sales reports and transaction information under its developer services. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy. If a released version adds purchase verification, we will describe the information it processes here before introducing that feature.
This website
The current website has no signup form, account system, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Our site code does not set cookies or use browser storage.
Netlify hosts the website, and Cloudflare provides its domain and DNS services. Ordinary web requests may include your IP address, browser information, requested page, request time and referring page. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process request information to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems. Their practices are described in Netlify's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot and manage your request. Our email service providers process messages on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive health information. Sending diagnostic files is optional; review them before sharing.
How we use and share information
We use information we receive to operate and protect the website, answer requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with providers that help us host the website or handle support, when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Retention and security
Local app preferences remain under your device's control. We keep support correspondence and other information we receive only as long as needed for the request, legitimate business records or applicable legal obligations. Infrastructure providers may retain logs under their own service settings and practices. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information we hold, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support@audienti.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. We cannot directly retrieve preferences stored only on your device.
For people in the EEA or UK, our processing of support and website information relies on legitimate interests in responding to requests, operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. Where consent is required, we will request it. You may raise concerns with your local data protection authority.
We operate in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, transfers must be supported by safeguards under applicable law. Requests about providers or transfer arrangements can be sent to our privacy contact.
Children
Tiny House is not currently offered as a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We will post updates here with a revised date and provide additional notice where required. New analytics, accounts, cloud sync, marketing forms or other data features will require an update before they are introduced.
