Terms of use.
Updated October 10, 2026
These terms describe the use of the Tiny House website and related services provided by OMALab, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Tiny House is currently in development. Website previews describe the planned product, not a promise that every feature is available today.
App Store license
When you obtain Tiny House through Apple's App Store or Mac App Store, the app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom agreement is provided with that app listing. These website terms do not replace the applicable app license or Apple's purchase terms. If they conflict on app licensing, the applicable app license controls.
Purchases, refunds and subscriptions
App availability, price and any purchase options will be shown in the relevant App Store listing or purchase screen. Apple processes App Store payments. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases should be made through Apple's refund service, subject to Apple's rules and applicable consumer law.
If a subscription is offered, its price, billing period, trial conditions and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. You can manage or cancel Apple-billed subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. This paragraph does not mean Tiny House currently offers a subscription.
Using the app and website
Use the app and website lawfully and in accordance with the applicable license. Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content in ways that infringe others' rights. The app's artwork, music, software, name and other materials are owned by us or their respective rights holders. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses and notices. The app license does not give permission to redistribute bundled music or artwork separately.
Listening and wellbeing
Tiny House provides soundscapes for personal listening. It is not a medical device, treatment or substitute for professional care. We do not promise specific sleep, health or productivity results. Use a comfortable listening volume and avoid use that interferes with hearing warnings or safely operating a vehicle or machinery.
Updates and availability
We may update the app and website. Features depend on the released version, compatible device and operating system. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the app will meet every individual preference. Changes affecting purchases or statutory rights remain subject to the applicable license, store terms and law.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy explains information handling. For support, contact support@audienti.com. Apple is not responsible for providing support for our app except as provided by Apple's applicable terms.
Third-party services
Links to Apple, hosting providers or other services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their content or practices.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. App warranties, liability and termination are governed by the applicable app license and mandatory law. These website terms do not create an additional liability cap or mandatory arbitration requirement.
Changes and contact
We will post revised website terms here with an updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. App license changes, if any, must be communicated through the applicable app or store process.
